Bruce commonly deals with land acquisition and develop-ment; buying and selling residential and commercial property; mortgage financing for individuals and corporate clients; and mortgage enforcement for both private and institutional lenders.

Bruce has lectured at both York University and Seneca College. He has also been a guest speaker at numerous Home Buyer seminars, and continues to provide advice to several groups of realtors regarding ongoing changes in real estate law.

Bruce has volunteered his time to many community organizations, including the York Central Hospital Foundation, Richmond Hill Social Planning Council and Victorian Order of Nurses.
